Employer submits job request to Mikes Agency

Mike’s Agency advertises the program, the jobs and starts screening and selecting students interested

3.

Students are putting together the requests documents: university letter, police record, medical letter etc

4.

Students may be interviewed directly by the Employer

5.

Students are offered job by U.S. Employer

6.

Visa Sponsor approves job and issues DS-2019 form

7.

Visa interviews at home origin US embassy

8.

Visa approved, pre- departure training with Mike’s Agency

9.

Departure to the U.S., sponsor orientation

10.

Students work until DS-2019 end date

11.

Students have 30 days to travel within the U.S. before their departure home
