Founded in 2002, Mike's Agency is a recruitment company based in Romania, which selects, recruits and places staff for U.S.A. and Europe in various fields of activity, such as: moving, hospitality, child care, constructions, telecommunications, solar panels installations etc, through H2B, Work and Travel, Training and Internship, Au Pair programs or simply through direct employment.

What we do for you:

• Identify, interview, select staff in consistency with the employers specifications
• Test level of foreign language requested, criminal and medical background, employment history references
• Arrange interviews with the employers: in person interviews, telephone conference or video conference with Skype
• Personal account and direct access in our electronic data base with thousands of participants
• Gather data and documentation for the visa application interview with the Consulate in Romania, if necessary
• Make all transportation arrangements to the employer location
• Preliminary training sessions with employees, based on materials provided by the employer
• Ensure successful placement of all qualified employees with their respective Employer
